Our Story

Holly Cosmetics Inc. was founded in 2024 by James Delfin, a visionary entrepreneur with a background in printing, international cargo forwarding, and marketing and advertising. James saw a unique opportunity in the makeup industry: the need for an internationally recognized brand made in the Philippines. Inspired by his wife’s admiration for LGBTQ+ Drag Queens and their influence, James aimed to create a brand that caters specifically to Drag Queens, Models, and entertainers.

Our Partnership

The vision for Holly Cosmetics became a reality when James and his wife met Paul Pasaoa, also known as Holly Luna, on a streaming application where Holly Luna was an active streamer. Holly Luna’s expertise in the drag community and makeup industry made him the perfect co-founder. Together, they developed a makeup line that stands out for its quality and suitability for the entertainment industry.
